Luke the leopard crawl expert!

Beatrice & Bernice says Hi on behalf of Luke. Luke has been attending obedience lessons since he was probably around 5months old? He's been making progress in his obedience lessons; Thanks to waggie! :) I've never thought of sending him for classes when we first got him. After seeing dear coco in her exams and how she could obey the commands given to her. I was amazed and decided that Luke HAS TO GO FOR LESSONS TOO.. It seems like I've not made the wrong decision. :))

Hi All,

Greetings from the brothers... Lex and Nikki. They are affectionately known as Ah Phui and Ah Orh in school. All thanks to Wang Shifu's guidance, they are progressing very well. I am glad and pleased with the achievement both of them have made till date.

Thank you Waggie!!

Hello everyone!

I'm newbie here.. I have a notti furkid, Whisky who is now 10months old and attending his basic obedience training class since Labour Day 2010... :)
My hubby, Raymond is accompanying him for first few classes before I maybe take over or until lesson completes. My kids and I enjoy looking at how Whisky is doing during class so that we can train together with him at home every night.

My hope for Whisky is to able to absorb his visual of my sign language when I sign common words "Good Boy", "Eat", "Sit", "Stand", "Sleep", "Wait", "No", "Bye, Gotta for Work" to him everyday even though he is normal furkid.. Perhaps, he will follow the commands, using my signs one day...

Cheers

Hi Millbear,
Welcome on board !!
We have trained many dogs to respond to hand signals, but please be patient coz hand signal would not be so easy.
I told yr husband that Whiskey is very bright & will achieve very good result.
We have a team of wonderful dog owners who train their dogs to very advance level.
They will be most happy to assist you too.
Relex & enjoy yourself in our class.
Best Regards,
Patrick

Welcome to the Waggie family Millbear. I am sure Whisky will be picking all the training fast & furious if you and your family put in ample effort to train him. I have two dogs Rusty and rAscal. Rusty won the Obedience Dog of the Year 2009 and rAscal is still under training. Rusty didn't do well initially during this basic class and we came back to re-do the classes all over again. Hope this is an encourage to you. Given what I have achieved with Rusty, I am sure anyone can do the same given the good guidance from our trainer and our commitment to make it happen :)

Welcome once again. I hope you enjoy reading all our stories in this Forum.

Welcome to Waggie's !!

Your dog is really adorable! You have come to the right place to train your dog!

Oscar responds attentively to modified sign language (some signs have to be modified/substituted for the dogs to see clearly) for training so training your dog with only visual signals is really not a problem with hardwork and determination. (:

Good luck with training!
